- High-level performance of drywall taping plaster texture and paint repairs
- Installation Finishing Detailing Preparation Texture and Painting.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in the on-call schedule as emergencies occur
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
Competency Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook One Drive)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Excellent Communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
- Ability to provide a clean 5yr Drivers Abstract
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely
- Stress Management and Composure
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Maintain a level of confidentiality
- Have the ability to work on rotation with an on-call schedule for emergencies
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders standing for long hours.
