Job Summary
**TITLE** Registered Nurse Spine/Orthopedic**SCHEDULE** Nights**ASSIGNMENT DETAILS** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36**REQUIREMENTS** - Current unrestricted Colorado RN license - Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS TNCC - Experience: Spine/Ortho Post Op patient experience required emphasis on Med/Surg**COMPLIANCE / NOTES** - No holiday request off; will need to work holidays - Covid vaccinations required per State mandate - RADIUS RULE: Travelers permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility; local travelers will not be considered - Possibility of sharing 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment; absolutely no pets and no smoking; rent will be paid - Direct bill facility; send invoices weekly to ; invoices cannot be sent through QuickBooks emails - Agency timecards are acceptable
