• Lead and grow the Cultures & Dairy Enzymes business within Germanys Cheese & Fresh Dairy segment.
• Build strong longterm relationships with key dairy manufacturers and position IFF as their preferred partner.
• Promote innovative culture and enzyme solutions to both existing and prospective customers including selected strategic key accounts.
• Identify new market trends and translate insights into concrete commercial opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cyclefrom opportunity pipeline development in Salesforce to pricing and contract negotiations.
• Develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with IFFs broader category and commercial strategies.
• Represent IFF at industry events conferences and tradeshows to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with Application Product Management Marketing R&D Finance and Operations to deliver customercentric solutions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree in Dairy Technology (Bachelor or Master) with strong practical understanding of fresh fermented milk or cheese production.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial production or R&D role within the dairy industry.
• Handson knowledge of dairy cultures and enzymesconsidered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative matrixed environment.
• Strong project management skills with proven ownership of commercial opportunities involving multistakeholder coordination.
• Customercentric mindset with the ability to build trust and longlasting relationships.
• Fluent in German and English; valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% primarily across Southern Germany.
