As a key member of the Corporate FP&A Team the Business Operations Performance FP&A Analyst will play a key role in assessing and steering LDC business and financial performance across all Platforms & Regions. The role includes delivering impactful analysis and performance reviews to Finance & LDC Senior Management around Platforms margins & profitability but also financial requirements in actuals reforecast budget and business plan.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor working capital usage during monthly closings and throughout the budget reforecast and business plan processes including price and volume analysis as well as account allocation review.
- Manage fixed assets in monthly closings reforecast and across budget/BP produce roll-forward analysis.
- Oversee finance costs and net interests including long-term financing allocation analysis of short-term leverage across geographies monthly reviews and involvement in budget and business plans. Maintain close collaboration with the Treasury team & Platform/Region FP&A as primary business partners.
- Track financial performance of various Corporate platform businesses including P&L and balance sheet liaise with relevant stakeholders inside and outside Finance and prepare and present MPRs when necessary.
- Participate regularly in monthly platform reviews critically evaluate assumptions particularly within reforecast & budget
- Coordinate and support the preparation of the monthly FP&A presentation delivered to Group CFO/CEO.
- Respond to any ad-hoc requests from top management.
Interactions/ interface:
- Close & regular interactions with Regions and Platforms as well with LDC Group stakeholders such as:
- Corporate Platforms and Regions FP&A
- LDC Finance community including Treasury global reporting.

Qualifications :
Education
- Masters in Finance University/Business School.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Finance (controlling/FP&A) ideally within a multinational matrix organization.
Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills
- Experience in Finance particularly in analysis and forecasting processes preferably within a multinational company (including variance analysis budget coordination etc.).
- Solid accounting foundation with an understanding of IFRS considered advantageous
- Strong analytical abilities skilled at compiling and interpreting critical data.
- Capable of handling large volumes of information in complex settings with numerous contacts and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with enthusiasm for developing reports and working with business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with standard reporting and accounting software such as OneStream and Power BI; SAP knowledge is beneficial.
- Fluent English skills both spoken and written are essential.
