リクルーターとして採用戦略の企画から実行採用プロセス全体の改善まで幅広く担っていただきます以下に業務内容例を記します

新卒及び中途採用の戦略立案要件定義各学校との関係構築含む

ダイレクトソーシングLinkedIn等の実行

エージェントマネジメント選定連携強化

各部門マネージャーとの採用要件調整と設計

採用イベントの立案企画実行

海外の採用部門との連携英語使用

採用ブランディング候補者体験の改善

ジュニアメンバーへの知識共有育成サポート他

必須要件

日本語ネイティブ

5年以上の採用経験企業内人事または人材紹介

• 採用におけるエンドツーエンドのプロセス経験

フィールドエンジニア職の採用に携わった経験

ビジネスレベルの英語力目安TOEIC 750点以上 or実務使用経験

普通自動車免許地方への出張があります

歓迎要件

外資系企業での人事採用経験

製造業建設業エンジニアリング業界での採用経験

リージョングローバルチームとの協働経験

Workdayまたは類似のATSの使用経験
