Job Description
主な業務内容
- 見積業務支援
- 社内見積システムを使用してデータを抽出しExcelフォーマットに整理更新
- 営業部門と連携し見積内容の確認共有決裁プロセスのサポート
- データ管理分析
- 医療機器画像診断装置に関するデータの抽出入力整理加工分析
- ExcelWordPowerPointOutlookTeams専用システムを活用した業務遂行
- レポート作成
- 受注データのレポートフォーマット作成およびレポート作成業務
- 社内調整問い合わせ対応
- 営業部門決裁者IT部門などとの連携調整
- 社内システムの不具合対応や問い合わせ対応
- 部内アシスタント業務
- 会議資料作成スケジュール調整その他庶務的業務
