Job Summary :

Red Hat のコンサルティングサービスチームではエンタープライズ企業の変革をリードするコンサルティングサービスセールスを募集しています

このポジションではクラウドネイティブアーキテクチャやアプリケーションモダナイゼーションからアジャイルやAIなどの先進的なテクノロジー領域を横断的に取り扱います横断的なテクノロジー領域の提案により顧客の事業課題に対して具体的な変革アプローチを提案推進します

顧客の成功を最優先に据えつつ必要となるサービスビジネスの機会を最大化することの両立が期待されます社内外のステークホルダー社内アカウント営業やアーキテクト及びグローバルチーム社外部長からCxOレベルと連携しながら課題抽出から提案契約実行支援までを一貫してリードしていただきます特定インダストリーを担当するため業界横断での知見と複数案件の優先順位を整理し行動する実行力と柔軟性が求められます

また個人の達成だけでなくチーム組織での知見共有や相互支援の姿勢も重要視しています

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Red Hat Servicesの販売Red Hat のサービスポートフォリオコンサルティングトレーニングテクニカルアカウントマネージャーの販売計画を立案実行し年間四半期の販売契約目標を達成する

顧客および社内連携顧客およびアカウント営業チームと連携し販売機会の創出から契約締結継続提案クロスセルアップセルの一連のプロセスを主導する

販売戦略の策定と実行担当テリトリーの戦略と戦術販売計画の立案及びテリトリ戦略などを策定実行する

アカウント戦略策定アカウント営業チームと連携しビジネス成長を促進するアカウント戦略を策定するサービスのエキスパートとしてサービスビジネス機会を最大化すると同時にRed Hat製品を含めたアカウント全体の成長を実現する戦略的な視点が必要

進捗管理と報告販売計画の進捗と四半期の受注予測を報告します計画と予測にギャップが生じた場合はリカバリーのためのアクションプランを策定し実行する責任を担う

サービスオファリング改善日本市場におけるニーズをグローバルチームにフィードバックしサービスオファリングの改善をドライブする

Required Skills:

• IT業界における5年以上の法人営業サービス営業技術営業コンサルティングいずれかの実務経験

• 営業としてビジネス課題の特定からソリューション提案クロージング導入支援まで一貫して担当した経験

• 年間四半期の販売目標に対して自ら計画を立案し実行改善を通じて達成した経験

• 複数のステークホルダーと協力してアカウント営業戦略を策定し成功させた実績

• 複数のサービスとテクノロジー製品を組み合わせ複雑な顧客課題を解決しビジネス価値を提供できるスキル

• テレコムインフラアジャイル開発アプリケーションモダナイゼーションクラウドネイティブアーキテクチャAIなど先進技術への基本理解と興味関心

• 短期間で顧客と信頼関係を構築できるリレーションシップスキル

• オープンマインドでグローバルチームと協業できる能力

• 日本語ネイティブレベル英語ビジネスレベル
