Job Summary
- Contact warm leads from lead gen/marketing campaigns (no cold calling!).
- Deliver product presentations to prospects/clients.
- Follow up and close deals. The average sales cycle is just 1-7 days.
- Manage accounts from discovery quotation close renewal.
- Keep your pipeline sharp with CRM updates.
Qualifications :
- Experience in B2B sales and account growth.
- Confidence speaking with CEOs HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- CRM experience (preferred but training provided).
- Open to learning and using AI tools (training provided).
- Comfortable speaking English Mandarin & Malay daily.
- Prefers performance-based earning.
