Position Summary

HuberCorporation an innovative manufacturing companyseeksa personable and highly motivated intern to support the CorporateSafety and Sustainabilityteam withastrategicprojectrelated toWater Stewardship and Goal part of the summer internship program this intern will have the chance to work with experiencedSustainability and for a summer filled with real-world work experience and hands-on learning this istheinternship for you!
The Internship will be from June to early August.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Benchmark corporate water stewardship goals and practices across industry peers.
- Review sitelevel wateruse data and identify patterns in water intensity.
- Support assessments of waterrelated risks using tools such as WRI Aqueduct.
- Research emerging concepts (e.g. water neutrality) and their relevance to Hubers operations.
- Identify potential external partners frameworks or initiatives for future water stewardship efforts.
- Prepare concise summaries and recommendations to support development of longterm water goals.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
Education:Current undergraduate studentor graduate student studyingEnvironmental Science Environmental Chemical or Civil Engineering Sustainability or Natural Resources Management
Required skills/competencies:
Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 and Zoom
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in detail-orienteddynamicand changing environment
