Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead the FLITE effort at Buckley Space Force Base. This role serves as a senior Missile Warning subject matter expert and enterpriselevel leader driving strategic direction technical oversight and mission alignment across Missile Warning Integration and Test activities.
As the senior authority for Missile Warning Integration and Test you will guide a highperforming team shape enterprisewide integration strategies and influence how nextgeneration Missile Warning capabilities are delivered to the warfighter. Your expertise will be central to solving complex technical challenges advancing system performance and ensuring the resilience and readiness of the Missile Warning mission.
Anticipated start date: 1 April 2026
What Youll Be Doing
- Serve as the Program Manager for Missile Warning Integration and Test providing enterprise leadership and missionfocused direction.
- Lead and mentor the Missile Warning Integration and Test team ensuring technical rigor operational alignment and execution excellence.
- Deliver seniorlevel independent consultation across Missile Warning technical and management domains.
- Drive problem definition analysis requirements development and implementation for complex integrated systems supporting the Missile Warning mission area.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance system performance optimize integration approaches and support longterm sustainment.
- Maintain deep familiarity with adjacent technologies programs and interfaces that impact or integrate with Missile Warning systems.
Telecommuting 50%: Candidates must live within commuting distance of Buckley SFB CO
What Youll Need
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering and 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting Missile Warning Integration and Test activities
- Demonstrated ability to provide program leadership technical oversight and strategic guidance in complex mission environments
- Residency within commuting distance of Buckley SFB CO
