The Work You Will Do:
This position performs professional accounting work within a complex revenue structure. A major portion of time is spent communicating with our license holders and processing returned payments for the Revenue Accounting Section. Ensures applicable work is processed in compliance with various Florida Statutes relating to revenue collections on behalf of the Department. Provide assistance and staff support for accurate accounting business processes to ensure work performed is within compliance and standards of the Department (DBPR) the Department of Financial Services (DFS) the Office of the Auditor General and governmental accounting.
