You will own the technical direction of our poultry portfolio own the translation of science into impact and own your influence across a truly global organisation.
What youll do
As a key contributor to the success of our global poultry portfolio you will:
- Lead the technical strategy for global poultry product launches ensuring strong scientific substantiation and customer relevance across markets.
- Translate scientific research market insights and industry trends into clear value propositions and actionable gotomarket strategies.
- Collect prioritise and steer R&D needs from Business Units aligning the poultry innovation pipeline with global and regional market requirements.
- Partner closely with R&D regional teams and global stakeholders to define product positioning portfolio strategies and tactical recommendations.
- Manage and coordinate international crossfunctional projects connecting global strategy with local execution.
- Act as the technical lead for marketing initiatives including portfolio integration and the development of future poultry innovations.
- Enable regional teams through technical training and support strengthening customerfacing impact.
- Drive thought leadership by coordinating scientific publications industry presentations and external communication initiatives.
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who is accountable collaborative with a strong connection to the poultry industry and global markets. You bring:
- 6- 10 years experience in technical and/or marketing roles within poultry production with direct customer exposure (e.g. sales consulting technical support).
- Strong technical expertise in poultry nutrition combined with the ability to translate complex science into compelling marketready messaging.
- A global mindset with proven experience navigating international markets cultures and stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills thriving in crossfunctional and matrix environments.
- A Bachelors or masters degree in Agronomy Animal Nutrition Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 35%.
