Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Pensions and International Solutions (CPS&I) Marketing team. As part of a fun and energetic team youll support our International marketing leads in delivering a omnichannel gotomarket plan with a focus on our offshore bond market. Youll work across a variety of activity - from brochures and digital content to campaignshelping bring our propositions to life. Youll also play a key role in maintaining our BAU assets ensuring theyre updated in line with the right processes while keeping our KPIs and reporting accurate consistent and fully up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developmentdeliveryand maintenance ofmarketing collateralto the required quality level and in agreed timelines
  • Work closely with the International team to ensure our social media activity is managedoptimisedand measuredin conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to support the delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and deliver quick win activitywhen opportunities are presented to support business targets
  • Create promotional and support material for the various initiatives such as social media web presence and trafficking of verification data and amends
  • Support for International activities and their successful implementation including traffic management of approval process verification proof reading and fact checking
  • Deliver reporting against KPIs and budget on a regular basis tomonitoreffectiveness
  • Ensure that all take to market activitiescomply withregulatory requirements including marketing compliance

Key Knowledge Skills & Experience:

  • Prior Marketing experience gained in financial services marketing is preferred
  • Excellent project management skills specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills keeping colleagues updated on project status and in the loop on decision making
  • You mustdemonstratethe ability to adapt learnquicklyand pick up new skills
  • You must be able todemonstratea will to challenge the status quo to effect change
  • You must be able todemonstrateattention to detail for example proof reading
  • Good investmentand pension knowledge across funds and products would be helpful but not essential
