We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing organisation based in Magheralin who are seeking an Operational Support professional to join their Operations team.

This Operational Support role plays a key part in supporting Production Processing and Whey teams by ensuring operational data is accurately collated reviewed validated and reported. The successful Operational Support candidate will analyse milk intake ingredient usage stock reconciliations yield efficiency and production data providing meaningful insight to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability who enjoys working closely with operational teams and contributing to data accuracy reporting improvements and process optimisation.

The Role Operational Support

Collate review and sense-check operational data including milk intake ingredient usage and stock reconciliations
Analyse yield efficiency and production reports highlighting variances trends and exceptions
Investigate anomalies with Team Leaders and Co-ordinators to ensure data accuracy
Provide timely reports and insights to support corrective actions and informed decision-making
Work with Operations and Finance to enhance reporting systems and KPI database/MES usage
Manage ingredient supply transactions and monitor stock levels
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive operational culture
Maintain compliance with Health Safety Environmental and Quality standards

The Person What Were Looking For

Minimum 6 months experience within a production or FMCG environment
Strong analytical skills with experience handling operational or production data
Confident using MS Office and data systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to investigate variances and challenge constructively
Self-motivated proactive and able to work on own initiative
Flexible and committed to continuous development
