Job Summary

Job Description:

FICO L3 Sr. Consultant
Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (Private and Public Cloud) for global clients. You will be responsible for solution design configuration integration and deployment of core Finance processes ensuring best practices and business value.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA FI implementations (Private & Public Cloud).
Own the end-to-end design and configuration of core finance modules: FI-GL FI-AP FI-AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting and Cash Management.
Integrate FI with other modules (CO MM SD etc.).
Architect and deliver robust integrations between S/4HANA Finance and external systems (e.g. payment gateways banks customer portals).
Manage data migration cutover and post-go-live support.
Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Delta Design workshops balancing statutory regulatory and performance requirements.
Establish KPI dashboards using Embedded Analytics CDS views and Fiori.
Advise clients on SAP best practices innovations and digital transformation.
Provide expertise in SAP Fiori apps S/4HANA Data Migration tools and cloud-specific functionalities.
Lead user training UAT and prepare project documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements interfaces and custom developments.

Required Skills & Experience
8 years of hands-on SAP FI experience with at least 2 to 3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations in Private cloud and at least 1 end to end implementation in Public Cloud).
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FinanceFI-AR Credit Management Collections & Dispute Cash Management Bank Communication.
Proven track record designing API- and event-driven integrations via SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) IDoc/AIF OData & SOAP services.
Hands-on experience with payment integrations (Direct Debit SEPA card tokenization open-banking APIs).
Solid grasp of IFRS / local GAAP and public-sector finance compliance.
Demonstrated ability to tune system performance and lead large-scale data migrations.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile or hybrid delivery.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA certification (FI or FICO).
Experience with SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud editions.
Exposure to SAP BRIM Subscription Billing CPQ or Revenue Accounting.
Experience in Integration Monitoring and Exception Handling for public-cloud landscapes.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
Proactive self-driven and adaptable to new technologies.
