Requirements:
- 46 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in at least 34 end-to-end implementations within Finance modules
- Strong expertise in GL AP AR Fixed Assets and Budgeting
- Proven experience in requirements gathering documentation and solution design
- Solid understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows
- Experience with integrations reporting and data migration processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Microsoft Dynamics certification is preferred
- Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or technical troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance modules
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
- Configure and customize Dynamics Finance solutions in line with business needs
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption
- Support data migration integrations and system testing activities
- Prepare functional specifications documentation and user manuals
- Coordinate with developers on customizations and third-party integrations
- Conduct UAT sessions user training and provide post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues
- Ensure compliance with financial processes reporting standards and audit requirements
