Job Summary
- Have 7 years of enterprise sales experience in Contact Center (CCaaS/PBX/ZCX technology) solutions.
- Have proven success in partner-led or overlay sales environments driving growth through indirect sales models
- Have a deep understanding of contact Center telephony and ZCX technologies including AI analytics and workforce management
- Be skilled in value-based and consultative selling with experience using frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- Have proficiency in forecasting and sales tools like Salesforce Clari LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Have excellent communication presentation and executive engagement skills
