Job Summary
Location: Business Bay Dubai Employment: Full-time Industry: Payment/Gaming
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct manual testing of payment-related features including domestic/international bank transfers wallet top-ups refunds and settlement processes
- Verify end-to-end transaction flows including API validation (Postman/Swagger) UI consistency and error handling
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to identify gaps validate new features and ensure regression testing is performed thoroughly
- Document test cases and execution results clearly; raise bugs with detailed reproduction steps and evidence (logs/screenshots/video)
- Maintain high accuracy in reconciling transaction records vs system reports to detect mismatches or abnormal behaviors
- Monitor live environments post-deployment for critical issues and ensure resolution timelines are tracked
What Were Looking For
- 5 years experience in manual QA/QC preferably in a fintech banking or e-commerce company
- Familiar with payment products including banking systems e-wallets or remittance flows
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail you enjoy finding the needle in a haystack
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira Confluence Postman or any Test Management System
- Able to work independently follow structured SOPs and escalate issues when needed
- Comfortable with English documentation and cross-functional communication
