German-Speaking Outbound Sales Representative

Introduction

A leading Outsourcing/BPO company is recruiting German-speaking Outbound Sales Representatives to join their team in Bulgaria. This is a fully remote position focused on the FinTech sector where you will use a consultative solution-selling approach to help existing clients integrate new payment solutions. If you are a target-driven professional with a background in sales or upselling this role offers a dynamic environment and excellent performance-based rewards.

Your Role

  • Outbound Outreach: Proactively contact existing clients via phone (cold and warm calls) and email to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline of at least 200 active opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Team Leader and forecast upcoming weekly/monthly sales volumes.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a solution-oriented approach to identify client needs and support the integration of payment solutions on their websites.
  • Research: Conduct eCommerce research and self-prospecting to identify further growth opportunities.
  • Administration: Ensure high data quality through accurate record-keeping and account administration in internal systems.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to quality and compliance standards in every interaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or fluent in German with a good command of English (C1 level or higher).
  • Experience: Essential background in call center sales or customer-facing upselling roles.
  • Aptitude: Target-driven mindset with high accountability for results and a confident outgoing personality.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer proficiency particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Remote Setup: Access to a suitable home-office environment with a stable and strong broadband connection is mandatory.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a standard shift of Monday to Friday 10:00 19:00.
