Whats the role

As Executive Manager Compliance Incidents youll lead a highperforming team responsible for conducting Compliance Assessments on incidents that may be reportable to regulators including the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) Banking Code Compliance Committee (BCCC) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

Youll oversee compliance assessments providing guidance on breach determinations engage with business stakeholders support the preparation of breach reports and provide thematic insights to help the Group proactively manage compliance risk.

Leading a team of managers and senior managers youll manage performance at scale using dashboards and data to ensure timely consistent and highquality outcomes. This role is about delivering outcomes safely owning decisions and making an impact through strong leadership judgement and execution.

This is a permanent fulltime role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements (3 days in office).

  • Deep handson compliance experience within banking with strong regulatory judgement
  • Proven experience assessing highvolume potentially reportable incidents and breach reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability with a drive for developing team members
  • Proven experience leading fast-paced teams
  • Strong judgement and a practical approach to problem solving
  • Confidence using management information and dashboards to drive performance
