ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions New Zealand is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Auckland operations across manufacturing supply chainprocurementand warehousing.

The Role
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across all production and supply functionsensuringsafety and qualityremain at the forefront while delivering consistently across serviceperformanceand cost. This role brings together manufacturing execution supply chain planning and inventoryoptimisation ensuringstrongalignment between demand capacity and supplier performance. You willbe responsible forstrengtheningoperational systems improving production reliability and developingcapability acrossbothleadership teams and frontline supervisors.
Success in this role requires visible steadyand confidentleadership within a will balance long-term operational planning with a consistent on-site presence fostering engagement stability and continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are degree-qualified in Engineering ManufacturingOperationsor a related field with10 yearsofleadership experience in complex manufacturing environments.
You bring experience workingwithinunionisedindustrial settings and havedemonstratedcapability in S&OP Lean and productionoptimisation. You understand operational detailas well asfinancial performance and have ledchangeinitiatives thatstrengthenedcultureperformanceand accountability.
You are acrediblesteady leader who communicates clearly makestimelydecisionsand builds trust acrossbothshop-floorand executive stakeholders.
