Job Summary
Sr.Manager Program Management
As Sr. Manager-Program Management reporting totheHead of Platform Product Developmentyoullplay a critical role inorchestratingexecution forthe Capital Access Platforms (CAP) divisionsunified data platform initiative. You willdirectly managea team ofProductOwners manage program delivery and ensure alignment across product leadershipPMOand cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
Lead program executionand planfor Nasdaqs unified data platformproduct development managing milestonesdependenciesanddelivery calendar.
Establish andmaintainprogram governance including steering forumsexecutivereportingrisk and issue management change control and decision logs.
Partner with the Head of Product Development to align strategy track progressdrive backlog prioritizationand ensure delivery of critical programobjectives.
Directly manageand develop a team of 5 Product Owners providing coaching prioritization guidance and accountability to drive results.
Programmanagethe full product lifecycle from strategic planning and roadmap development through launch iteration and continuous improvement.
Program Leadership & Governance
Own the program plan milestones and delivery cadence for the unified data platform initiative.
Establishprogramgovernance frameworksprogramreporting risk managementprocessesand meeting cadences.
Drive alignment across multiple product teams and stakeholders.
Team Management
Directly managefiveProduct Owners (POs) responsible for backlog execution across platform components.
Provideday-to-day guidance coaching and prioritization support forPOs.
Partner with Product Managers to ensure strategic priorities translate into actionableand prioritizedinitiatives and epics.
Strategic Alignmentand Collaboration
Present program status metrics and outcomes to executive leadership.
Support the Head of Product in stakeholder updates through clear actionable reporting and metrics.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders acrossPMOEngineeringProductOperationsandcross-functionalpartners.
Partner with PMO leadership toalign ondelivery frameworks tooling and process standardsfor Product Owners and Product Managers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business computer science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of program or project management experience in technology or financial services.
Proventrack recordmanaging large-scale multi-team programs in an Agile or Scrum environment.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across global matrixedteams.
Clear communicator with excellent organizational and prioritization skills including executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. PMPSAFe Scrum Master).
Experience in capital markets fintech orrelated industries.
Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms and modern data stack technologies (e.g. Spark Databricks).Understanding ofmodern data engineering fundamentals including pipelines ETL/ELT data operations and data lifecycle management.
This position will be located in Atlanta Georgia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
