Were looking for a Market Data Services Analyst to join our this role youll support our Index Licensing business by managing customer relationships ensuring smooth onboarding and maintaining data accuracy across our systems.

What Youll Do
- Support client onboarding by providing product information coordinating orders and managing billing and reporting processes.
- Analyze and track licensing requirements for Index products ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain database integrity and reconcile customer fees with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create reports and insights to support internal teams and improve customer experience.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in an analyst or customer-facing role.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce Power BI Tableau SQL or Alteryx.
- Experience in financial services licensing or client operations.
- Interest in capital markets or fintech.
This position will be located in Philadelphia Atlanta or NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
