Your Mission
As ourStrategic Communications Leadyou will play a key role in strengthening how Parts & Services informs aligns and engages over 8000 global stakeholders across regions functions and frontline teams.
You will develop and implement a clear structured internal communication strategy that drives our culture transformation enables transparency and improves access to relevant information.
You will be the driving force behind effective messaging platform governance and content creation ensuring that our teams worldwide receivetimely consistent and meaningful communication that supports their daily work and long-term success.
This role is preferably based in Amsterdam Netherlands or Tampere Finland; however other key production facility locations globally may also be considered.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement a clear internal communication strategy that supports culture transformation and organizational alignment.
Govern and improve internal platforms (new intranet SharePoint hubs Teams) to ensure information is structured accessible and consistent.
Strengthen communication flow from backline to frontline teams by enabling product owners managers and project leads.
Act as a communication advisor for management cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
Create engaging relevant content for key channels such as intranet newsletters townhalls and leadership messaging.
Supportmessaging forstrategic updates crisis communication frameworks and EHS communication campaigns.
Measure communication effectiveness and provide insights that drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile
You have experience in internal communications employee engagement corporate communication changecommunicationor similar roles.
You navigate easily in complex global organizations and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.
You are an exceptional communicator with a talent for simplifying complexity and making information accessible and inspiring.
You understand digital communication platforms (intranets SharePoint Teams content tools) and how to use them effectively.
You work independently with strong ownership and a proactive problem-solving approach.
You thrive in environments where you bring structure clarity and governance to communication processes.

Excellentfluently in Englishisessential.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop internal communication frameworks for large diverse audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management collaborating across functions regions and seniority levels.
Outstanding content creation skills-writing editing storytelling and tailoring content for different audiences.
Digital fluency with experience managing internal platforms content hubs and communication tools.
Project management experience including coordination of crossfunctional teams without direct reporting lines.
Ability to work with high attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
A combination of creativity structure and resilience to drive communication initiatives forward.
Analytical capabilities to measure communication impact and turn insights into improvements.
