Location: 745 W New Circle Rd Lexington KY
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to clean desk weekends as needed
Pay rate: $16.50 per hour OT Benefits!
Join our team at Conduent Business Services as we support our business operations! We are currently seeking a Mailroom Processing Associate to support the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Lockbox department. As a Mailroom Processing Associate you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Responsibilities:
- Receive scan sort and distribute incoming mail daily ensuring timely processing of Priority Certified Express UPS and FedEx packages.
- Process payments payment capture and review rejects before mail out.
- Operate mail sorting and opening equipment performing basic cleaning routine maintenance and escalating service issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with Document Imaging (scanning) as needed.
- Provide training and cross-training to others as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet physical and fast-paced demands of the job including repetitive use of hands sitting standing walking for extended periods bending and lifting up to 30lbs.
- Experience working under and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced production-oriented environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass both a criminal background check & a drug screen
- Be detail-oriented have good problem-solving & communication skills accurately interpret information and have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Possess basic skills to use a telephone computer fax and/or adding machine as needed
