Job Description
Saint Lukes Hospital on the Plaza is currently seeking a Oncologist Pharmacist I for a Full-Time Day position for their infusion centers and in inpatient hospital.
Shift:
- Full-Time Day
- Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00 or 8-4:30
- On-call responsibilities
- No evenings or weekends
- Some holiday requirements
- Previous Oncology experience PGY2 in oncology or BCOP preferred.
This position is an oncology pharmacist position. This individual will work across the system in oncology infusion centers and in inpatient hospital oncology at Saint Lukes Hospital on the Plaza Individuals in this position will demonstrate the knowledge skills abilities and critical thinking skills necessary to practice pharmacy in a hospital and health system. Critical skills include the ability to prepare and dispense medications collect organize and analyze patient and practice specific information initiate and monitor therapeutic plans work with interdisciplinary teams supervise supportive personnel manage projects and provide routine patient teaching and drug information addition individuals in this position shall provide documentation of advanced practice skills or subject area expertise and regularly contribute to systematic and measurable department and or patient care improvements.
