La Paloma Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity for a Sous Chef. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create memorable experiences for our members and guests
- Work well with others (teamwork) and have the ability to have fun
- Help train cooking techniques to the staff for a la cart service as well as special events including weddings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 year line cooking experience or 3 years kitchen experience
- Outgoing personality
- Organized and self motivated
