The Process Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing a combination of shop material handling equipment support and delivery duties. This role works closely with machines tools and team members to ensure production deadlines quality standards and operational efficiency are consistently met. Responsibilities include assisting with fabrication processes maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness and conducting local and moderate-distance pickups and deliveries using company vehicles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Review daily work orders to determine required processes and priorities
- Assist in finishing jigs and fixtures using saws sanders grinders drill presses and other shop equipment
- Perform general shop support including use of hand tools and common fabrication equipment
- Conduct local and moderate-distance pick-ups and deliveries of parts components and supplies using company vehicles
- Load and unload company and supplier vehicles
- Move organize and store materials and finished products using forklifts/Hi-Lo pallet jacks and hand carts
- Maintain production equipment tools and perform regular preventative maintenance
- Ensure produced items are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas including sweeping floors emptying garbage cans and chip hoppers and upholding company sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory organization and material flow within the facility
- Other duties as assigned

- Good verbal and written skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand measuring tools - tape measure and rulers
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to explain how and why specific conclusions were reached.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
