Due to continued growth our client a respected independent accountancy and business advisory firm operating across the North of England and Scotland is seeking aFinancial Planning Consultantto join itsFinancial Planning Team basedin Glasgow.
What youll do
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored financial planning solutions
- Provide consistent high-quality ongoing advice
- Drive business development by identifying and converting new prospects
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge relevant to the role
- Achieve individual revenue targets
- Build and expand professional networks through events and engagement
What youll need
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 6 desirable)
- At least 2 years advisory experience in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of COBS COCON and FCA Money Laundering regulations (SYSC)
- Basic awareness of related accountancy services (Audit Tax Insolvency etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure
- Good general IT skills
- High attention to detail ensuring quality in all reporting
