Job Summary

We are in search of an experienced Front Office Manager in this pivotal role to support the smooth running of the front office team. Reporting to the General Manager the right candidate will be responsible for leading our front office operations whilst working cohesively with our housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Ideally you are currently employed as a Guest Service Manager or are a superstar Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4 to 5 star hotel environment looking for that next step!

What you will be doing

Leading your front office team to operational and guest service excellence.

Facilitate a positive workplace environment through collaboration and team development.

Close the loop on guest feedback with critical thinking and strong guest connections.

Ensuring daily front desk tasks and expectations are communicated actioned and completed.

Drive positive guest experiences both individually and across your team.

Managing the roster and payroll financials.

Working with the team & General Manager to maintain the buildings presentation and upkeep.

Ensure Naumi Hotels standards policies and procedures are adhered to.

You will bring with you

In-depth knowledge of the day-to-day operation of all Front Office including reception reservations housekeeping and maintenance.

Good exposure to common Property Management Systems like Opera Seekom etc.

Genuine passion for guest service and exceeding guest expectations.

A team focused approach and an understanding of the importance of building a culture around respect and inclusion.

Continued growth and development of yourself and others.

Ability to adapt with the situation and possess exceptional time management.

Exceptional communication skills able to interact with varying stakeholders.

Conduct and present yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
