We are currently seeking a skilled Transcriptionist to join our team at Midwest Collision. As a Transcriptionist you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation of audio and video recordings related to auto collision repair services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Transcribe audio and video recordings accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all transcriptions are formatted correctly and free of errors.
- Manage and organize transcribed documents for easy retrieval.
- Work closely with the team to meet transcription deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all transcribed information.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Transcriptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing and listening skills.
- Proficient in using transcription software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in transcribing technical or specialized content.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $105000 - $120000 per year
