Job Summary
Job Description: Instructional Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning content for various educational programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and create effective instructional materials.
- Utilize instructional design theories and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary revisions to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in instructional design curriculum development or e-learning development.
- analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Desired Experience:
- 1-45 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
- Experience working in the education or corporate training sector.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia development.
- Experience with project management and working in a team environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $70000 - $143000 USD
