What youll be doing...

Youll lead a world-class business sales organization determined to change the world and empower our customers to do the same. The customer experience will be in your hands as you motivate your team to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Youll play a vital role in driving our small to medium-sized business sales performance growing the capabilities of your team and ensuring that nothing gets in the way of achieving success.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow existing business and acquire new business.

  • Building a superior sales team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

  • Driving and tracking the teams performance to achieve sales goals.

  • Inspiring individual and team performance through ongoing training development coaching recognition and reward.

  • Handling financial budget and sales reporting activities.

You are a strong communicator and inspirational leader who knows how to get the best from your team. You drive hard for results while motivating and building team confidence to achieve even more than they thought possible. Your executive presence and willingness to learn enable you to build credibility and critical relationships quickly. You have a competitive spirit and a desire to win through the team.

Youll need to have:

  • Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Ten or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.

  • Experience in a quota-based sales environment

  • Billing and POS systems knowledge

  • A valid drivers license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Masters degree.

  • Led a sales team. Ideally in a commission-based sales environment.

  • Track record of strong sales results. Ideally individual and team.

  • Business planning and proposal writing experience

  • Experience in Retail SMB

Where youll be working

In this hybrid role youll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
