Job Summary

- Analyze banking data across customer transaction deposit investment and product domains to support business strategy and decision-making
- Develop execute and monitor MIS reports dashboards and automated reporting workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Support business and marketing initiatves through ad-hoc analysis campaign tracking and customer behavior insights
- Drive customer-centric initiatives by leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities and business issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into date queries reports and actional insights
- Bachelors degree or above in Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or related disciplines
- Posses relevant experience in data analysis reporting MIS or dashboard development
- Hands-on experience with SAS SQL or Python and working with large-scale databases or data warehouses
- Solid understanding of banking and financial products including wealth deposits loans and cards
- Experience in customer analytics segmentation or campaign performance analysis
- Familiar with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Exposure to AI / ML use cases is a plus
- Experience in integrating external open-source data with internal banking data to develop analytical use cases and business application is a plus
