Job Description
To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Answer console.
- Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.
- Assist all guests and associates.
- Wake-up calls.
- Place and follow up on Synergy orders
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- And any other pertinent task assigned by management
Tools and Equipment:
Telephone and keyboard pen/pencil photo-copying machine computer and printer
file folders filing cabinet facsimile machine
Working Environment: Interior of hotel in normal office conditions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong computer skills required specific experience with hospitality specific computer programs preferred
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-10 hour shift
