Key Responsibilities
- Handle and route customer inquiries
- Prepare quotes requisitions and account documents
- Schedule and monitor service through a cloud-based field management system
- Create reports and presentations using collected data
- Communicate with management on escalated issues
- Maintain strong customer and partner relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- 35 years experience in customer service and project coordination
- 35 years experience with quotes purchase orders and record keeping
- Experience with cloud-based field service systems (Epicor 11 Field Service Lightning Salesforce)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
- Post-secondary education or certification in customer service
- Bilingual English/Spanish
