About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to support day-to-day product activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution and structured delivery rather than strategic ownership or long-term product vision. The position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their product career who is curious analytical and eager to learn. You will work closely with Product Engineering Design QA and Customer-facing teams to translate business and customer needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support backlog management by writing refining and maintaining user stories.
- Translate business and customer needs into structured and clear requirements.
- Participate in customer calls internal demos and refinement sessions.
- Assist with documentation including PRDs release notes and internal FAQs.
- Validate solutions in collaboration with design engineering and QA teams.
- Track delivery progress and follow up on open questions.
- Assist with roadmap inputs and basic feature impact analysis.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Product Business Analysis Consulting QA Customer Success or a similar analytical role within a technology or B2B environment.
- Recently completed a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related analytical field from a leading university with strong academic performance (or equivalent demonstrated excellence).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured requirements through academic projects internships military roles or professional experience.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. The role involves daily communication with global customers and cross-functional teams including leading meetings writing structured documentation and presenting requirements clearly
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and designers in a structured development environment.

- Spanish language proficiency.
- Exposure to B2B fintech enterprise software environments or background in finance or trade finance.
