Job Summary

Spinomenal is a fast-growing content provider in the online casino industry focused on delivering high-quality engaging games to players worldwide.

Were looking for an R&D Product Manager to serve as the professional and managerial focal point for our game R&D teams.

In this role you will bridge the gap between game design and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining the high-level logic user experience (UX) flows and the technical infrastructure that enables our product to scale. You will work at the heart of our R&D turning requirements into a structured high-performance product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the backlog and roadmap prioritizing based on business needs R&D requirements and delivery timelines.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
Gather and analyze complex requirements to write clear detailed PRDs and User Stories focusing on high-level logic functional flows and product scalability.
Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to align on Product direction and guarantee a smooth efficient implementation.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years as a Product Manager in a technical or R&D-facing role.

Proven experience in managing product backlogs and leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies in an R&D environment.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry - Advantage
