Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Customer Management
The role focuses on executing customer maintenance activities in SAP to ensure accurate updates for seamless order processing and compliance. It involves managing account setups maintaining organizational details and coordinating with teams to resolve issues and implement changes. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential.
Responsibilities
Manage customer master data in SAP including creating new accounts and updating existing details.
Maintain partner functions and organizational data to ensure accurate billing and shipping information.
Handle requests for address changes buying group updates and account conversions.
Coordinate with IT teams for code creation and system updates as needed.
Communicate effectively with requestors to confirm changes and resolve queries.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and maintain documentation for audits.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Graduate B Sc. / B. Com / BBA
Excellent Communication Skill
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word) is must
Good knowledge of reporting tools would be an added advantage
