What the Job Involves

We are currently seeking aSummer Intern in Technology Program Managementto join our this role you will learnand assist in building a database using Microsoft Power Platform. Microsoft Power Platform is a low-code AI-enhanced suite designed for business automation app development and data visualization. Key components includePower BI(data analytics)Power Apps(app development)Power Automate(workflows)Power Pages(websites) andCopilot Studio(AI chatbots). These tools connect via Dataverse to streamline business processes. Additional responsibilities would be supporting current technology running reports and troubleshooting as necessary.

Daily tasks the candidate will be doing:

Assist in updating documentation application management project management and performing administrative tasks that support data-driven operations and continuous process improvement.

As aSummer Intern in Data Analysisat JLL you will:

• Perform data entry and verification:Maintain accurate and timely records while ensuring data integrity across platforms.
• Support PDS Technology programs: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to streamline operations and capture institutional knowledge.
• Assist in application management:Manage user accounts permissions and access rights across multiple systems ensuring compliance and data security.
• Provide project support:Collaborate on active projects by maintaining project logs tracking deliverables and assisting with reporting.
• Enhance business reporting:Use Excel and business intelligence tools to compile performance metrics update dashboards and generate analytics reports.
• Apply problem-solving and data analysis:Identify trends and provide process improvement recommendations based on data insights.

Education Skills and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelors degree with 23 years completed majoring inTechnology or Related Field.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications(Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Preferred experience or exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in data analytics project management and commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
