Job Summary
Join a fast-growing US-based accounting services firm piloting its South African division where you could shape the future from day one. Youll lead delivery for US clients work with Xero NetSuite and US GAAP and operate at the sharp end of growth. Start-up energy international exposure real influence and the chance to help establish a Cape Town office as the business scales.
In this role youll take full ownership of a portfolio of US-based clients acting as their trusted finance lead and primary point of contact
Youll oversee the end-to-end accounting function from transactional review to month-end close management reporting and compliance under US GAAP ensuring accuracy insight and timeliness
Alongside hands-on delivery youll manage and mentor a small team reviewing work driving standards and improving processes across platforms like Xero and NetSuite
This is a high-visibility role where commercial thinking client confidence and strong leadership will set you apart
Skills & Experience:
Completed SAICA articles and registered CA(SA)
Minimum 2 3 years post article experience
Experience performing the accounting function including month end close
Managerial experience
Exposure to US GAAP
Netsuite system exposure beneficial
Qualification:
CA(SA)
