The International Fundraising Support Manager is responsible for driving coordination accountability and fundraising performance across all Afrika Tikkun international offices (including USA UK Netherlands Australia and future territories). The incumbent will be given an annual personal fundraising target and will actively cultivate and secure international funding opportunities in addition to leading the international ecosystem. The role serves as the single bridge between Afrika Tikkun South Africa (HQ) and all international offices to ensure alignment consistency quality control reporting compliance and fundraising momentum.
Required Skills:
International Office Leadership & Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between HQ and all international offices
- Support opening of new international offices (recruitment onboarding training)
- Ensure alignment to AT fundraising methodology reporting standards and brand
- Facilitate monthly coordination meetings with all country leads
Fundraising Performance (Personal Target):
- Assignan annual international fundraising target
- Identify cultivate and secure international donors (HNWI corporates foundations)
- Develop and maintain a personal donor pipeline on Salesforce
- Support country leads in unlocking strategic opportunities
Donor & Proposal Coordination:
- Oversee all international proposals funding briefs and reports
- Ensure report quality and submission compliance with Finance and the Report Writer
- Coordinate marketing material and funding opportunity briefs for global use
Reporting Compliance & SLAs:
- Monitor reporting schedules across all regions
- Draft and manage SLAs between AT SA and international entities (especially UK)
- Track all international funding opportunities and progress
Systems & Information Flow:
- Ensure Salesforce discipline across international offices
- Ensure international teams have updated programme impact and financial information
