AGC Biologics is looking for a part-time Student Assistant to join our Reception & Service team.
Hours: 815 hours per week
Working schedule: MondayThursday 08:0016:00 Friday 08:0015:30 (flexible options available)
Minimum commitment: 1 year

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive team member to provide support across our operational Receptions and Service Team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for employees and visitors.
Your main responsibilities include:
Supporting two operational Receptions: answering calls and emails registering visitors ordering office supplies flowers gifts taxis and handling ad-hoc tasks
Assisting the Service Team with meeting catering managing kitchen supplies and preparing/clearing meeting rooms
Handling incoming mail packages and other deliveries
Preparing welcome kits for new employees and assisting with access card processes
Updating content on the company intranet Actimo and SharePoint
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Proactive and responsible approach with strong problem-solving skills
Positive mindset and the ability to work independently and in a diverse team
Good emotional intelligence and communication skills
Fluency in both English and Danish
