AGC Biologics is looking for a part-time Student Assistant to join our Reception & Service team.

Hours: 815 hours per week
Working schedule: MondayThursday 08:0016:00 Friday 08:0015:30 (flexible options available)
Minimum commitment: 1 year
Latest start date: March 15

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive team member to provide support across our operational Receptions and Service Team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for employees and visitors.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting two operational Receptions: answering calls and emails registering visitors ordering office supplies flowers gifts taxis and handling ad-hoc tasks

• Assisting the Service Team with meeting catering managing kitchen supplies and preparing/clearing meeting rooms

• Handling incoming mail packages and other deliveries

• Preparing welcome kits for new employees and assisting with access card processes

• Updating content on the company intranet Actimo and SharePoint

• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed
  

What we are looking for:

• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

• Proactive and responsible approach with strong problem-solving skills

• Positive mindset and the ability to work independently and in a diverse team

• Good emotional intelligence and communication skills

• Fluency in both English and Danish
