About the Department

BYDs planning & commerce department is a key link in BYDs supply chain system. We are committed to tasks such as demand forecasting production factory docking European market docking and distribution plan. Our mission is to ensure a smooth process from manufacturing to delivery of BYD products provide customers with efficient and reliable services and provide strategic support for the companys global business development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monthly 33 Forecast data collection and issues analysis;

• Follow up the vehicles status after arriving at the port;

• Follow-up on the delivery in each market including vehicle registrations data;

• Generating PI according to the PI application from markets;

• Providing delivery plan based on the vehicle demands in POs and expected payback date;

• Evaluate and give the production instruction to HQ if necessary;

• Integrate distribution plan

Job requirements:

• Excellent English language skills Chinese and Norwegian any other European language will be considered as an advantage;

• BA or MA preferably in Business Administration or Economics or Finance/Accounting or international trade and so on;

• Extended MS user skills (MS Excel Word PPT).

• Preferably up to 5 years working experience and 2-3 years of related working experience or graduate of related study field

• Relevant legal knowledge
