Bruker India Scientific Pvt. Ltd is seeking for a Service & Salesforce Administrator to join their Bruker Nano Surfaces & Metrology (BNSM) division.
Responsibilities
Service & Salesforce Operations Support
- Support daytoday Service Operations processes within Salesforce and SAP
- Assist in understanding and documenting business requirements and help translate them into system updates or process improvements.
- Participate in testing validating and implementing system or process changes.
- Help maintain Salesforce configurations such as:
- user setup (roles profiles permission sets)
- page layouts fields record types validations
- workflow rules flows email templates approvals
- reports and dashboards
- Support data-related activities including data imports updates data cleansing and quality maintenance.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work with service sales applications and IT teams to support ongoing Salesforce or servicerelated initiatives.
- Assist users by troubleshooting basic issues and coordinating escalation when needed.
- Stay familiar with new Salesforce releases and upcoming features.
Customer Support & Service Documentation
- Support service teams in managing:
- RMAs (customer repairs advance replacements)
- Quotes (site visits programs parts & repairs)
- Sales orders debit/credit memos internal stock transfer requests
- Ensure timely followup on customer tickets and service documentation.
- Help track maintain and update:
- customer master data
- equipment master data and assets
- support/maintenance agreements
- customer events feedback and associated transactions
- Contribute to improving data accuracy and reporting quality in support systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce administration service operations or related areas.
- Exposure to Salesforce Field Service or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of or exposure to SAP is an advantage.
- Ability to understand business processes and work with crossfunctional teams.
- Good analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative global environment.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator Field Service etc.) are beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
