Job Responsibilities
Formulate recruitment plans and budgets based on business strategies. Effectively execute recruitment initiatives to accurately and efficiently fill assigned positions taking full ownership of recruitment outcomes.
Assist management in establishing and refining the companys recruitment system. Build and develop the recruitment team to enhance overall hiring capabilities ensuring recruitment targets are met on schedule.
Manage optimize expand and operate recruitment channels. Improve the efficiency of all hiring channels conduct timely analysis and optimization of recruitment costs and results to reduce overall expenses.
Independently manage specific modules within large-scale recruitment projects including but not limited to Talent Mapping Employer Branding Campus Recruitment Candidate Experience and Recruitment Systems.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and assist colleagues with related work.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or above; 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Proficient in utilizing and developing various recruitment channels suitable for the Thai market. Possess hands-on recruitment experience and project experience in Thailand with expertise in Thai labor laws and regulations.
Capable of independently handling complex issues and integrating basic resources to accomplish tasks. Possess keen judgment regarding business unit needs and candidates providing sound hiring recommendations to business departments. Must be enthusiastic patient and possess strong stress-resistance.
Warm and outgoing personality with strong affinity. Responsible conscientious and highly proactive in work.
Possess high professional ethics a strong sense of responsibility good teamwork spirit dedication integrity and honesty.
