Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Field Service Coordinator to serve as a vital hub for our Thailand this role you will ensure the seamless coordination and scheduling of all field service activities. By managing service requests logistics documentation and cross-departmental communication you will directly contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction and the operational excellence of our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Dispatch & Coordination: Receive service requests from the commercial team and efficiently schedule dispatch and coordinate tasks (Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Installation Inspection) for Field Service Engineers.
End-to-End Job Tracking: Log monitor and follow up on the status of all field service jobs (repairs PM installations) to ensure on-time completion and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
Logistics & Resource Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and local warehouse to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts specialized tools and calibration equipment for field assignments.
Service Documentation: Professionally prepare process and manage all service-related documentation including Service Reports Quotations Invoices and Calibration Certificates/Records.
System & Contract Administration: Accurately create and manage Service Contracts within the companys designated business system (e.g. ERP/CRM).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Service team and other departments (Sales Finance Warehouse Customer Service) to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange.
Reporting: Compile and generate weekly and monthly service performance reports providing insights into team productivity and service metrics.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service coordination dispatch or
customer support role within an industrial manufacturing medical device or technical equipment environment.
Excellent communication skills in Thai (written and spoken). Strong professional English proficiency (written) is required for handling documentation and correspondence.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP Salesforce).
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
