Job Summary
Position Description
What you will do at Harris County Precinct 4:
The Innovative Programs Manager for Harris County Precinct 4 will be a key part of the Innovation Team. The Manager will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Innovation to develop and execute strategies that enhance programs serving Precinct 4 residents. This role involves project management of programs from ideation to impact reporting building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders developing systems and processes for data and outcome tracking and crafting effective proposals and presentations aligned with organizational priorities. The Manager will lead initiatives and a portfolio of programs that advance opportunity and justice through ensuring high-quality educational programming improving access to healthcare and enhancing language access for the diverse communities of Precinct 4.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development implementation and evaluation of educational youth programming;
Coordinate interdivisional and external stakeholder collaboration including status updates timelines and follow-up;
Maintain project management systems for Innovative Programs;
Manage program vendor procurement communication oversight and invoicing;
Track program participation attendance outcomes and other key performance indicators;
Prepare program materials for a portfolio of programs. Materials include memos logic models spreadsheets reports presentations and internal documentation.
Proposals and Grants Support
Assist grants team in identifying program funding opportunities and providing content for grant applications;
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet grant reporting requirements;
Support grant reporting amendments data capture and program compliance.
Research Strategy & Database Management
Support Senior Manager with research and analysis to inform executive and board-level decision-making translating complex data into clear actionable insights;
Manage and support briefings presentations dashboards and analytical reports for senior leadership.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. education public administration social work social sciences nonprofit management or related area); graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in related field
Licensure:
Texas drivers license and a good driving record.
