As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator you will support the development and implementation of EHS programs at Caterpillar. This role helps ensure compliance with safety health and environmental standards while promoting continuous improvement and strong safety culture onsite.

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

Coordinate and support environmental programs including waste management chemical handling air/water quality monitoring and compliance with regulatory requirements. ประสานงานและดแลโครงการดานสงแวดลอม เชน การจดการของเสย การจดการสารเคม การตรวจคณภาพอากาศ/นำ และการปฏบตตามกฎหมายทเกยวของ

Lead and serve as champion for the 5S program conducting regular audits follow-ups and improvement initiatives.

เปนผนำและผรบผดชอบโครงการ 5ส ทำการตรวจประเมน ตดตามผล และผลกดนการปรบปรงอยางตอเนอง

Act as Chemical and Hazardous Materials Champion: maintain chemical inventories SDS updates proper storage and safe disposal processes. ทำหนาทผรบผดชอบดานสารเคมและของเสยอนตราย ดแลรายการสารเคม SDS การจดเกบ และการกำจดของเสยอนตราย
Manage EHS learning programs: training planning scheduling recordkeeping and internal training delivery.

ประสานงานดานการเรยนร EHS วางแผนการอบรม จดตาราง อพเดตบนทก และเปนวทยากรภายในในหลกสตรพนฐาน

Support facility permits and regulatory submissions by preparing documentation tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. ดแลใบอนญาตโรงงานและรายงานตามกฎหมาย รวมถงจดเตรยมเอกสาร ยนรายงาน และตดตามกำหนดเวลาใหสอดคลองตามขอบงคบ

Provide EHS administrative support including procurement of PPE/equipment organizing events and coordinating service providers. สนบสนนงานธรการดาน EHS เชน การจดซอ PPE อปกรณ การจดกจกรรม และประสานงานผใหบรการ

Apply standard EHS methodologies to conduct well-defined assignments assessments and improvement activities. ใชเทคนคและกระบวนการดาน EHS เพอปฏบตงานตามมาตรฐานทกำหนด และสนบสนนการปรบปรงระบบตาง ๆ

Conduct and review EHS assessments (JHA SFMEA NonStandard Work Risk Assessment Aspect & Impact Analysis). ดำเนนการและทบทวนการประเมนความเสยงดาน EHS เชน JHA SFMEA NonStandard Work Risk Assessment Aspect & Impact

Organize EHS walks audits safety inspections and similar activities to promote continuous improvement. จดกจกรรมตรวจความปลอดภย (EHS Walk) Audit และการตรวจสอบตาง ๆ เพอขบเคลอนการพฒนา

Lead statutory OHS Committee activities including site inspections meetings and safety campaigns. ดำเนนกจกรรมคณะกรรมการความปลอดภยตามกฎหมาย รวมถงตรวจพนท ประชม และทำแคมเปญความปลอดภย

Develop and deliver EHS communications such as Safety Talks environmental updates and awareness materials. จดทำสอสารดาน EHS เชน Safety Talk ขาวสารสงแวดลอม และสอรณรงค

Initiate programs and campaigns that enhance EHS awareness and employee engagement. คดกจกรรมและโครงการเพอเสรมสรางความตระหนกดานความปลอดภยและสงแวดลอมใหพนกงาน

Assist senior EHS officers with the management of security waste handling and medical service providers. สนบสนนหวหนางานในการดแลงานดาน รปภ. การจดการของเสย และบรการทางการแพทย

Lead incident investigations for lowcomplexity cases and support corrective action implementation. นำการสอบสวนเหตการณทไมซบซอน และสนบสนนการดำเนนการแกไข

Required Qualifications คณสมบตเฉพาะ

วฒ ปวส.ปรญญาตร (สาขาความปลอดภย สงแวดลอม หรอวทยาศาสตร พจารณาเปนพเศษ)
ประสบการณในโรงงานอยางนอย 3 ป
สามารถทำงานเดยวและทำงานเปนทมไดด
มนษยสมพนธด กระตอรอรน และมใจบรการ
ทกษะภาษาองกฤษและคอมพวเตอรด
สามารถทำงานกะกลางคนไดเมอจำเปน
