Your Mission at Epassi:
As part of the Finance team at Eudaimon part of the Epassi Group you will support the team by managing daytoday administrative and routine accounting activities contributing to accurate financial reporting and compliant accounting processes that keep our accounting functions running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage and support administration and accounting functions to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records in compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate reporting and audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
What youll be doing (daily):
- Perform routine accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Process invoicing and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support monthend and yearend closing activities and assist with budgeting/forecasting tasks.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and administrative records.
- Use accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel) to manage data and reports.
- Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and support requests.
What we are looking for:
- 34 years of experience in administration and accounting.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience assisting with the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles compliance standards and documentation best practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (Excel essential).
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
Youll be successful in this role if you:
- Deliver timely and accurate completion of financial reporting and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate a measurable reduction of errors in accounting records and financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently with minimal delays.
- Receive positive feedback from auditors and internal stakeholders for compliance and documentation.
- Consistently support closing processes within deadlines and help drive process improvements that increase efficiency or accuracy.
